Ordered a deluxe bouquet flower arrangement for a birthday. Very pleasantly surprised. Delivery came on time, and on a Sunday (other florists dont deliver Sundays). The flowers were rich, fresh and very well arranged. Excellent service, well appreciated!

What a joke. Advertise same day delivery and Charge over 30 for delivery fee!!! The order arrived at 8:45 PM and to them that counts as \same day\ as it was before 9pm. Over priced, over charge and UNDER deliver. I would never recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get their order completed with in an adequate time frame. I even called multiple times trying to cancel my order throughout the day and they would not do that for me. Order here if you want the bare minimum. I will never order from this place again. Terrible and rude customer service

Please do not order from here or 416 flowers. Earlier this summer I tried to have flowers delivered and they were not delivered or attempted to be delivered for says although they told me that the delivery had been completed. After days of back and forth they finally admitted a new person had entered the order wrong and it was never delivered. I'm not sure to this day if the order was ever delivered as I was too embarrassed to ask. I gave them another try. I accidentally gave a wrong address (my bad) and had paid extra to have the order delivered before 5 PM on Friday. No call was made to me or the recipient when they couldn't make the delivery. The NEXT day they call and tell me. I correct the address and they say the order will be delivered Sunday for a another delivery charge. I tell the recipient their order will arrive Sunday. They then attempted to make the delivery on Saturday when no one was home and did not leave a message with the recipient. I speak to them on Sunday and they say there is no delivery set for today as they attempted to make it the day before and couldn't find the address and asked if I would like to pay again to have the arrangement attempted to be delivered again. The address was accurate and no reason they shouldn't have been able to find it. At that point I'm 100 in and not sure I want to keep paying for delivery attempts. This location is also a condo with a concierge and I had told them on Saturday they could be left at the front. Terrible experience for a problem that should have been an easy fix.
